It is also recommended to use the Dummy package If you want to start out a fresh project take this package which offers an empty database with only a single admin user configured. You could also download the WEC Starter Package and begin using Typo3 with numerous templates and extensions geared towards online ministry. The Test-site package should be used for a learning tool along with the Getting Started Tutorial.
